The main responsibilities of the position at Volvo Penta Turkey are:
  • Develop business strategies for services, parts, and accessories
  • Coordinate commercial crew activities and business partner development
  • Identify market potentials and develop dealer structures
  • Manage claims and local legal issues against Volvo Penta
  • Conduct business partner and OEM audits, implementing necessary actions
  • Oversee customer surveys and ensure OEM customer satisfaction
  • Support and develop service market capabilities and technical competence
  • Secure competence development for dealers and internal organization
  • Manage, inspire, and develop the team
  • Contribute to the service market organization and manage operational performance
  • Handle warranty and goodwill processes
  • Support the authorization and auditing of service dealers

The main requirements in this role are:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in the industrial motors sector
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), including presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-directed, and energetic with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and deliver timely solutions
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across different teams
