What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

We expect a dynamic candidate with a clear growth mindset to be able to design and develop product portfolio, assess financial profitability tables to draw financial conclusions.

Being able to understand general wellness principles with the ability to comment on diseases, new treatment methods on chronic diseases within Turkey and International markets.

Being able to follow new treatment trends to bring innovative and/or added value generics to the team.

  • Supporting all phases of transaction processes from financial analysis, modeling and valuation through due diligence.
  • Monitoring the business environment to identify new business development opportunities both through organic and inorganic means.
  • Reviewing operational and financial performance of Holding and its group companies, participating in annual strategic planning processes.
  • Supporting group companies in strategic projects and key presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Preparation and presentation of financial models, valuation assessments, investment memorandums for a variety of projects including acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and strategic alliances.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • A strong academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics from a top tier university. MBA degree is a plus.
  • Having at least 7 or more years of experience in Business Development, Marketing or Business Excellence.
  • A candidate who is keen on growing in her or his career steps.
  • Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work as part of versatile teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Turkish and English.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented.
