Job Description:

Overview:

A dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with strong analytical and strategical skills to drive marketing priorities country wide and sales growth. This role will involve managing the two distributors while developing, executing and refining strategies to enhance our market share and achieve sales targets with a special focus on distributor teams competency improvement, NPI penetration, society and KOL management with a direct reporting line to Business Unit Leader. This role will be based in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:

  • Value-Selling Training: Design and deliver training programs focused on value propositions for the distributor sales team.
  • Sales Team Coaching: Coach distributor sales team and foster a collaborative environment for skill enhancement.

Strategy Development:

  • Market Strategy Development: Conduct market analysis and implement strategic plans for growth.
  • Rebuttal Development: Create a library of rebuttals for sales, ensuring effective objection handling.
  • Clinical Evidence Generation: Collaborate with EMEA teams to support product claims with strong clinical data.

Marketing Management:

  • Focus on New Product Introductions (NPIs): Collaborate with distributor teams for successful product launches and monitor market reception.
  • Copy Approval: Translate and get approval to marketing materials for compliance and quality standards & rules.

Collaboration:

  • KOL Management: Build relationships with key opinion leaders and gather insights to refine product strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including professional education, pricing, regulatory affairs, and customer services, to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Attend congresses and events to build relationships and promote products.

Reporting:

  • Management Reports: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance and report market trends to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Medical devices or Healthcare industry experience is preferable.
  • Prove and inspire the behaviors that reinforce Our Credo.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Written and Spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Aesthetics or Neurovascular experience is a plus.
  • Distributor management experience is a plus.
