We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve the experience of our selling partners.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver results-oriented solutions and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess performance drivers and identify areas for optimization
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and cultivate relationships with selling partners and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor seller satisfaction survey results and establish improvement plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and ensure follow-through on commitments
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to contribute to strategic development of features and programs
  • Simplify processes and eliminate inefficiencies to drive efficiency and scalability
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree

- Advanced level of English language proficiency

- 5+ years of client or vendor-facing experience with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
