Role Description:

The OTC Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding CoinTR's OTC (Over-the-Counter) services, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth in this high-potential area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to grow the OTC trading business and increase customer acquisition.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.
  3. Identify and analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business development opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, risk management, trading, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency for clients.
  5. Represent CoinTR at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility in the market.
  6. Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in OTC trading, business development, or a related role in the cryptocurrency, finance, or fintech industry.
  2. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading mechanisms, and blockchain technology.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
