Sales Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Food & Water Division.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Food processing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering) and proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions. They will also need deep knowledge of food processes, regulations, and industry dynamics, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the food heat transfer sector.
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and customer acquisition.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food industry.
  4. Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  5. Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
