Your Role
We are currently looking for a proactive, curious, creative and dedicated mind with the right attitude to join our Oncology Franchise as "Oncology Brand Specialist" who will be reporting to the Oncology Senior Product Manager. As Brand Specialist, you will support product managers for data analysis using appropriate tools to monitor product performance, gathering, and interpreting accurately the customer segmentation, competitor data and developments within the related market. An omnichannel approach is expected to develop and implement digital initiatives. You'll work on localization of brand messages and materials in line with the country's product strategy. You'll be actively involved in the creation and operational phases of innovative project ideas in line with brand strategy which are doable in the field and to be recognized by healthcare professionals.
Who You Are
- BSc/MSc degree from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration/Economics
- MBA is a plus
- Oncology expertise is a plus
- 1-2 years of full-time experience as an MT/engineer/long-term intern
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; sustainable interest and capability to improve analysis/visualization skills turning data into actionable insights
- Fluency in written and spoken English; excellent communication and presentation skills both in Turkish and English
- Analytical thinker and attentive to details; good at teamwork, eager for strategic planning & end-to-end project management
- No restriction to travel
- No military obligation for male candidates
