POSITION

We are looking for a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product and AI teams, you'll play an essential role in getting optimal outputs from cutting-edge AI models and Generative AI systems. Your responsibilities will include optimizing AI performance, staying up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, and experimenting with new prompt engineering techniques. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

1. Collaborate with product and AI teams to develop, refine, and optimize prompts for AI language models like GPT, Gemini, Claude and diffusion models such as Stable Diffusion and Flux.
2. Analyze model behavior and understand potential limitations to optimize performance and user experience.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive benchmarking systems to evaluate and compare performance across various AI models and prompting techniques.
4. Regularly test and modify prompts to guarantee optimal outcomes and uphold high-quality standards.
5. Contribute to the implementation, assessment, and management of AI-related integrations.
6. Test and compare open source artificial intelligence models.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and trends. Investigate and report on advancements related to AI technologies.
8. Investigate and experiment with new prompt engineering techniques to optimize our model outcomes.
9. Support the training and fine-tuning of AI models for specific use cases.
10. Examine user feedback and other relevant data to continuously refine the AI-driven features of our apps.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING?

1. Familiarity with related programming languages and AI Frameworks.
2. Prior experience with AI language models such as GPT, Gemini, or Claude and with diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux).
3. Familiarity with image generation tools such as A1111.
4. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and toolsets (Engineering background not required).
5. Keen interest in AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and associated technologies.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
8. Self-starter mindset who works independently while contributing to team goals.
9. Passion for mobile apps and the app industry.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
