We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team at Pınar Su ve Içecek, a company within Yaşar Group, which is a pioneer of firsts in Türkiye.

In this role, you need to have / be

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration etc,
  • At least 8-10 years of marketing experience in Water and/or Beverages categories and/or FMCG,
  • Communication management with a strong focus on SM management at all touchpoints
  • Experience in product development and new product launches,
  • Responsible for the P&L management of the brand/category under responsibility
  • Strong relationship with sales teams and understanding of trade marketing projects and execution is an asset.
  • Strong technical know-how of agency management.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Put the customer at your focus,
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in your work and develop effective solutions,
  • Proactive in achieving your goals,
  • Willing to learn and improve,
  • Functional skill required: Communication Management, SM Management and Team Management.

In this role, we expect you to;

  • Lead projects across its categories, from new product launches to branding work.
  • Monitor brand performance: analysing and interpreting competition data, category trends and recommending action plans,
  • Provide the best channel-based portfolio with accurate pricing to achieve profitability targets,
  • Prepare and implement marketing plans by determining the strategies and targets of products,
  • Collect consumer insights via market research to manage existing portfolio and innovation pipeline,
  • Work together with sales and trade marketing functions to guide channel strategies, determine commercial needs and opportunities, and develop pricing and distribution strategies,
  • Manage the marketing budget in accordance with approved annual plans.
