Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute a strategic IT roadmap in close collaboration with business teams, realize goals and objectives for operational excellence and company growth.
  • Plan and run daily IT operations (governance, infrastructure, monitoring, security, and helpdesk) while providing direction in the implementation and maintenance of top-notch quality IT solutions.
  • Develop and implement IT standards, policies, and procedures (including incident, problem, change, configuration, security, and capacity management) to provide secure and reliable IT infrastructure. Plan and conduct IT audits periodically with internal and external bodies.
  • Provide technical guidance and approval for design, upgrade, configuration, and procurement of hardware and software assets to achieve optimum performance level.
  • Manage IT vendors, contract negotiations and service agreements.
  • Prepare and manage IT budget in alignment with business goals and IT needs.
  • Perform periodic risk identification processes. Coordination and monitoring of enterprise IT risk management activities with the risk owners (related Heads & C-Level).
  • Preparation of related IT reports and studies with other Compliance Dept. employees when required by Institutions (Data or evidence request from institutions like BDDK).
  • Maintain security-related corporate-level certification standards and work with outside consultants for independent audits.
  • Conduct or coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security hardening.
  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness of data center technology systems and operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and availability.
  • Assesses IT industry trends' impact on current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects.
  • Manages business continuity and recovery of the company's information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan, implementation, and documentation.
  • Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to drive IT service delivery performance.
  • Install and maintain production and test environments.
  • Regular IT operations and patch management operations of operating systems and applications.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor or master degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT with excellent leadership skills, where previous experience in recruiting, coaching, and leading IT teams is preferred.
  • Planning and executing complex IT projects across multiple facilities in the finance sector.
  • Hands-on experience in virtualization platform management, Active Directory management, network management (FW, NLB), security management (endpoint security, vulnerability management, penetration testing, log management), and Kubernetes container orchestration platform management.
  • Project management skills: IT budget management, IT resource management, and ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines.
  • Knowledge of IT risk and compliance management is required. CISA, CISM certifications are highly preferred assets.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, service agreements, vendor management, and budget management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of common IT and Security management frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, COBIT, ITIL, BDDK and TCMB regulations, etc.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Azure, Office 365, Windows Server environments, network and internet access, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experience in overviewing the organization's security policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 27001 standards and BDDK regulations.
