Corporate Communications Manager

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the strategic planning, in line with Vodafone Turkey's vision and business objectives, plan and execute the external communication strategies and activities, to conduct stakeholder management in line with corporate criteria for external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organization's mission.
- Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key contents and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
- Manage Vodafone and its assets communication (Product & Services Communication, Content management, media management).
- Perform for VF TR's spokespersons, coordinate PR external messages for all PR activities of spokespersons.
- Forecast the annual corporate & internal communication budget requirements (update regularly, coordinate with every team member, FDS and SCM, publicity meetings with segments, tracking, reporting).
- Work with the PR agency to assess the possible risks/outcomes of the company's other external communication actions; enterprise business, purpose-led contents, and Vodafone Foundation and its sponsorships from a PR perspective.
- Plan, create, and distribute engaging digital & sustainability and video content for social media and paid platforms.
- Manage Vodafone Medya Merkezi Internet website (prepare content and keep the site updated) in terms of content, technical infrastructure.
- Keep abreast of new digital, sustainability content; including related business division and delivery its strategies.
- Lead and implement VF SLT Leadership Communication & Media Social Media Accounts and Leadership LinkedIn Management (weekly contents, articles, posts, etc.).
- Manage social media agency & monthly social media reporting, agency KPIs and performance tracking.
- Plan and implement press activities like press tours, conferences, interviews, and press releases. Supervise external diffusion of corporate news and press releases.
- Perform as one of the single contact points for media relations management.
- Identification, media plan development and update, briefing and preparations of talk sheets of spokespersons.
- 10 years of professional experience in a related role.
- Work with departments for their media relations needs and manage the media relations.
- Manage issues covered i.e. marketing, network, HR, and other PR communications tasks that align with the business plans of the company.
- Timely and accurately identify and manage risk and opportunities for PR through media relations.
- Manage Vodafone's local news enhancement and performance program which has a direct impact on coverage targets and reputation index.
- Provide analysis and strategic consultation to spokespersons in line with the company's corporate communication programs. Work closely with the PR agency.
- Media relations of Vodafone Turkey's CSR and Foundation projects.
