We're offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and dedication required for this role.

Job Description:

The Cheese Craft Specialist will play a pivotal role in creating unique cheese selections that complement and enhance our global dishes. This involves

• Cheese Production:
• Developing and experimenting with cheese recipes that integrate with our international menu themes;
• Creating small-batch cheeses using high-quality ingredients and traditional or innovative techniques;
• Monitoring and controlling the cheese-making process to ensure optimal curdling, pressing, and aging for desired textures and flavors;
• Conducting regular sensory evaluations to assess the appearance, aroma, taste, and texture of cheeses;
• Identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly;
• Maintaining meticulous records of cheese production and ensuring consistent quality across batches;
• Managing inventory of cheesemaking supplies, including milk, cultures, rennet, and molds;
• Collaborating with chefs and culinary staff to understand menu needs and recommend cheese pairings for various dishes;
• Staying up-to-date on the latest cheesemaking trends and techniques used in international cuisines.
