Job Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls to the operator line.
  • Coordinating posts, mails, faxes, and cargo circulation.
  • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Organize meetings and events with both internal and external participants.
  • Arrange travel arrangements for foreign guests and employees.
  • Coordinate visa applications for employees and foreign visitors.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and shuttle services.
  • Maintain stationery, cleaning supplies, and beverage stock levels.
  • Process business card and printed document orders from a printing house.
  • Maintain office tidiness and oversee cleaning staff performance.
  • Prepare working desks for new employees and ensure their needs are met.
  • Keep records of company equipment.
  • Support accounting functions by tracking documents, entering data, and verifying information.
