Club Med is seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing professional to join our EAF Markets team in Europe, Africa, and France. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through the development of Indirect and M&E channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Accountabilities
- Indirect & MICE Sales Strategy Development
- Implement a comprehensive segmentation strategy aligned with our upscale and segmentation goals.
- Establish strong relationships with select agencies and clients.
- Sales Performance Monitoring
- Collaborate with the Admin & Finance Manager to track Business Volume.
- Work with the Customer Growth Marketing Manager to monitor marketing expenses.
- New Client and Partner Acquisition
- Negotiate contracts directly with networks and oversee signing processes.
- Identify suitable clients based on our segmentation strategy and cultivate relationships.
- Determine commission structures for Indirect partners.
- Nurture long-term relationships with agencies to foster rapid growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop a unified action plan with Call Centre, CMB, and Marketing teams.
- Promote B2B Sales skills through training initiatives.
- Share knowledge and insights with the management team.
