Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. They will collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience, leveraging company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 4 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or a related field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Proven ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus) is necessary, as is experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
