The DNA Recruitment team is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our client's team in Turkey. As the face of the company to many customers, you will be able to build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibilities- Order Receipt, Control & Entry
- Delivery Process
- Invoicing
- Customer Master Data management
You will contribute to the department's efficient order processing flow by facilitating communication between customers and dedicated sales teams. You will provide frequent order status updates and resolve any sales or product issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Customer Care or a similar field.
- Excellent customer service skills and administrative orientation.
- Broad knowledge of MS Office and SAP functionalities.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
