About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving five core focus areas for the brand: selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability. These critical components are essential for delivering a seamless customer experience on Amazon.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in forging and building brand relationships, with some understanding of planning product cycles and selling online. A flexible, action-oriented, self-starting individual with strong analytical skills is required to succeed in this role.

The right candidate will have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results, and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial skills, including the confidence to make independent, data-driven decisions, are also essential.

This position involves key responsibilities such as:

  • Building Selection: Identify selection gaps and ensure the brand's offline catalogue is accurately represented on Amazon.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with the category management team to create a marketing calendar based on vendor objectives.
  • Business Advice: Support the brand's participation in Amazon programs.
  • Availability: Ensure continuous availability of products.
  • Catalogue Quality on Amazon: Update the brand's input for the customer interface on Amazon Detail Pages through perfect images, product descriptions, etc.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation, or supply chain.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Experience managing large amounts of data.

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is expected for this role.
