About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Vodafone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales teams in the assigned region and driving transformational sales programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To set strategies to reach overall company goals and manage, train & focus sales teams towards those goals and vision of the company in the assigned region (İzmir).
  2. Lead digital transformation projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness of SME Base customers in the assigned region (İzmir).
  3. Design workflows and manage sales organizations & partners by KPI criteria prepared by the company and execute them considering profitability objectives of the sales organization in the assigned region (İzmir).
  4. Manage base sales executives within his/her territory.
  5. Be responsible for ensuring the executives and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operational, and performance objectives by providing training, development, and coaching.
