Job Opportunity:
We're looking for an innovative and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promote all Jurcom services, and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
- Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the Marketing organization to create effective sales and commercial campaigns
- Provide regular reporting to Management on sales performance and progress
Essential Qualifications:
- Based in Turkey
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in corporate consultancy, preferably in IRC services
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in CRM and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Male candidates must have completed military service (if applicable)
