Key Account Growth Specialist

This role requires expertise in driving sales growth from mid-size and large accounts within a specific territory while fostering strong customer relationships aligned with the organizational strategy.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively promote and sell the organization's products and services within the assigned geographic area, product range, or key account to meet sales and revenue objectives
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities that align with the organization's overall market and growth strategy
  • Drive newly introduced products and services into the market and consistently follow up on the success of sales efforts
  • Understand customer needs, generate leads, address customer inquiries, and recommend suitable products and services
  • Develop comprehensive account plans, coordinating necessary resources in line with these plans
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market perception and develop effective strategies for acquiring business from key accounts
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives within the assigned territory
  • Regularly assess customer potential and devise strategies to unlock its full business potential
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in life sciences or engineering; advanced education advantageous
  • At least 1 year of field sales experience, preferably with laboratory/process-based experience in Life Science
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven individual with self-motivation, energy, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English
