About the Role:
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Growth Manager to drive sales growth, build positive relationships, and deliver Cisco solutions to our Enterprise and Commercial Select customers in Turkey.

Candidates with 8–12 years of relevant sales experience are ideal for this role. They should have a consistent record of successful solution selling and closing complex deals at the executive level. Excellent partnership and collaboration skills across extended account teams are also essential.

This is an opportunity-driven role, focusing on the full Cisco Product and Software portfolio, with a strong emphasis on services and software growth. The selected candidate will play a key role in crafting the competitive strategy for their accounts, working alongside country leaders and demonstrating the expertise of an extended team, including systems engineering, architectural specialists, services specialists, legal, and finance.

The ideal candidate excels at working within an extended team to implement sales strategies, drive large, complex deals, and communicate the business value of IT solutions to CIOs and key business leaders. Strong commercial competence, negotiation skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities are required for this position.
