Administrative Operations Coordinator

At Enterprise Singapore, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to support the administration, accounts, and logistics work of our Istanbul Overseas Centre.
About UsWe are part of Enterprise Singapore, an agency that champions enterprise development under the portfolio of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Our mission is to help Singapore enterprises grow globally through exporting, investing, and setting up operations overseas, as well as through connecting international buyers with Singapore suppliers.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative environment, developing skills and expertise in administrative operations, accounting, procurement, contract management, financial reporting, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, records management, and office maintenance.
- Manage accounting functions such as invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to procure goods and services, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide operational and logistical support for events, conferences, and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative operations, accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to follow standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality.
