As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales growth strategies for our industrial channel.
- SUPPORTING the development of profitable sales and creating strong customer partnerships.
- EVALUATING new sales opportunities and MAXIMIZING conversion rates.
- Collaborating with Business Units to ensure alignment with key product priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related subject; MBA or master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in key account management at multinational organizations.
- Significant exposure to broad business management, including strategic customer development in the food industry.
- An interest in food and commitment to social responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Open to travel.
