As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales growth strategies for our industrial channel.
  • SUPPORTING the development of profitable sales and creating strong customer partnerships.
  • EVALUATING new sales opportunities and MAXIMIZING conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with Business Units to ensure alignment with key product priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related subject; MBA or master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in key account management at multinational organizations.
  • Significant exposure to broad business management, including strategic customer development in the food industry.
  • An interest in food and commitment to social responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Open to travel.
