Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with our high-value clients, driving asset growth, and increasing trading volume across our platform. Your goal is to understand each key account's unique needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition and Growth: Identify and acquire new key accounts to expand our client base, drive asset growth, and increase trading volume on the platform.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Understand the specific needs of each key account and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements, aligning with CoinTR's offerings and strategic goals.
- Market and Competitor Insights: Stay informed about market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to enhance CoinTR's positioning and drive account growth.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing the potential of key accounts and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, highlighting growth opportunities, challenges, and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with key accounts to secure mutually beneficial agreements and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably within the finance, tech, or cryptocurrency sector.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading dynamics is highly preferred.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a client-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and competitor activities.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
