Job Description

Job title: Key Account Manager (Personal Health)

Develop, maintain and drive continuous improvement of the relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area for the key accounts.

Your role:

  1. Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting sales actions.
  2. Being part of Sales Team as a Key Account Manager closely collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
  3. End to end Account Management opportunity in assigned accounts.

You're the right fit if:

  1. Minimum 5 years of Sales/Account Management experience in FMCG (Advantage to be experienced in: Distributor Channel, Local Chains)
  2. Excellent communication skills & high ownership.
  3. Bachelor's degree.
  4. Turkish as native speaking proficiency and English as business professional level.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This role is a field role.
