Key Account Development Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, driving growth and revenue in the Aerospace and Defence industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Aerospace and Defence industry.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, delivering high-quality services that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Turkish.
  • Proven ability to close business-to-business sales and win new customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
