Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager at uDelta, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with major car rental companies, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships with partners' management and staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing existing relationships with key accounts to increase revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with partners' management and staff to drive business growth
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships with key accounts to increase revenue
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and strategy implementation
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product training
  • Proven experience in sales training or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
