
Executive Sales Account Manager

This role involves driving the sales of Vodafone's Fixed Telecommunication Business solutions to Large Account Customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop strategic partnerships to deliver value-added solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, staying informed about market trends and competitor activity.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with Large Account Customers, understanding their business goals, challenges, and priorities to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Product and Service Offerings: Stay up-to-date with Vodafone's product and service portfolio, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to customers and driving sales growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, to ensure seamless product and service delivery, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communications, Computer, Telecommunication, Industrial or Mathematics Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Fixed Telecommunication Business and Key Account sales.
- Strong technical sales knowledge with Telecommunication Connectivity Services (SDWAN, DWDM, MPLS VPN etc.) required.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and provide actionable insights.
