**Job Description:**

The Local Key Account Manager (İstanbul) will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategic plans to increase sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
