Key Account Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Daily inside sales activities
  • Negotiation with HO Trade based on commercial strategy
  • Defining a commercial strategy for Ocean, VAS, and Intermodal and conducting customer meetings accordingly
  • To act in accordance with Gkam's directives and act as backup of Gkam.
  • Close collaboration with other departments for global accounts we are tracking, ensuring a solution-oriented approach to meet their requests
  • Sales Force (NOVA) utilization in line with KPIs
Requirements and Specific Skills:
  • University Degree from related departments
  • Customer, product, and market knowledge
  • Sales techniques and pricing knowledge
  • Good computer, software, and IT applications skills
  • Fluent English both written and verbal
  • Sales support experience is a must
  • Able to work in the office 4 days per week (hybrid) in Istanbul
