We're looking for a Key Account Manager Consumer to join our Consumer Sales Team in Istanbul, Turkiye.
As the Key Account Manager Consumer, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with Trade Distributors:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Distributors, knowing the Electrician Market is a plus.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure efficient and effective execution of the strategic plan.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs and provide insights and recommendations to the business based on this information.
- Manage the sales pipeline for the region, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
More about you
- You have at least 5 years of proven track record in key account management in the Trade business and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry.
- Understanding or previous experience in the lighting industry in Turkiye is required.
- Industry knowledge, particularly in solution selling and connected systems.
- Must be driven, with a strong desire to win new business and learn about the industry. Excellent relationship-building skills are crucial, especially with local authorities for the specific area.
- You must be eager to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product offerings.
- You understand Technology/Software & Connectivity domains.
- Willingness to adapt to new market demands and opportunities.
