
Local Key Account Manager

The LKAM's main responsibility is to manage the sales relationship with the assigned group of Local Key Accounts through the annual agreements and the implementation of agreed merchandising standards in accordance with the DP's set of operations (delivery, cash collection, etc). Deliver sales volume in line with the targeted trade spend and maintain maximum distribution and availability of RedBull products in line with the Perfect Store KPIs. Ensure the perfect execution of defined model store standards. Reporting to the NKAM, maintain the whole information flow from the buying negotiations and from the field as well.
RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths:
- FMCG experience (branded or retail experience) - min 3 years
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
- Good selling skills: communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths
- Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Mobility
- Driving License
- University Degree
- Turkish native, Advanced in English
Travel 70-80%
