Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Local Key Account Manager in Istanbul. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for guiding Ferrero's sales strategy and building strong relationships with local key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning: Develop customer-specific plans covering overall strategy, specific goals, and tactics for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service, and distribution.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Make negotiations with local key accounts for yearly and periodic contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Perform periodical visits to customers to develop trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Build the account budget and gain agreement on it to deliver customer-specific plans at the desired profitability.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of sales channels and client culture.
  • Experience in budget and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
