Achieving Business Goals

As an Account Director at Insider, you'll be responsible for owning a portfolio of existing accounts and taking charge of their retention and growth. This involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and proactively owning renewals in accounts in cooperation with the Customer Success team.

You'll succeed in a team selling environment for maximum account penetration and coverage, consistently forecasting monthly and quarterly performance, and negotiating deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior customer executives.
  3. Analyze stakeholder mapping and set overall strategy to capture the right frequency in touchpoints.
  4. Take ownership of renewal success and strategy to achieve key commercial/contractual targets.
  5. Monitor market trends and industry analysis to nurture key stakeholders aligned with Insider Product and Strategic Roadmap execution.
