Job Responsibilities
  • Owning a portfolio of existing accounts and taking responsibility for their retention and growth.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to proactively own renewals in accounts.
  • Succeeding in a team selling environment for maximum account penetration and coverage.
Requirements
  • 4+ year experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven oral and written communication abilities, positive and energetic phone skills, and exquisite listening skills.
  • Proven track record of using sales & persuasive skills.
