To expand its customer base and manage existing customer relationships, Rubikpara is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager.

What we expect from you?

  • Graduation from relevant departments of universities,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related position or similar position in FinTech,
  • Preferably proficient in English,
  • Experienced in compliance with regulations,
  • Customer-focused, with business tactics and planning skills,
  • Able to effectively manage sales processes,
  • Knowledgeable in basic contracts, legal matters, offers, and contracts,
  • Possess a wide network of effective business connections,
  • Proficient in technology concepts, able to identify and develop customer needs,
  • Able to position the correct products and solutions,
  • Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills,
  • Team player, able to work under stress,
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Able to actively drive and operate vehicles,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.

What will you do when you join us?

  • Effectively promote the company's electronic money products and services to customers,
  • Manage existing customer portfolios and strengthen customer relationships,
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments to acquire new Key Customers,
  • Understand customer needs and position our products according to customer expectations,
  • Contribute to measuring and improving internal and external customer satisfaction and corporate image,
  • Ensure the preparation of offers and contracts according to customer demands and needs,
  • Coordinate communication with the legal department regarding the legality of contracts,
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets,
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams through a collaborative approach,
  • Prepare sales reports and regularly present them to managers,
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance regulations,
  • Train and develop the sales team.
