About the Job
We are seeking a Key Account Growth Expert to join our team in Turkey. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management: Work closely with our partner account managers to identify new business opportunities and grow existing channels by attracting new leads and expanding our presence in the market.
- Market Awareness and Education: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential new leads and assist with general demonstrations, training, and support for our channel partner customers.
- Account Management: Develop comprehensive knowledge of prospects, including personnel and responsibilities, budgeting, products and services, competition, and market.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively build a short/medium/long-term pipeline and manage the necessary level of leads, prospects, and opportunities for our channel partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Significant experience in clinical and/or translational sales within Reproductive, Genetic Health, Oncology, and Infectious Diseases
- Proven track record growing specific, targeted markets
- Strong technical background in molecular biology, genomics, NGS preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Excellent listening, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, PhD, or genetic counseling desirable
- Established network within Reproductive, Genetic Health, Oncology, and Infectious Diseases market spaces
