About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our customer success team at Vodafone Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving account growth through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in communications, customer success management, or related field.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, project management, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment, adapting to changes rapidly.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with other business areas and stakeholder management.
