Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our EU Expansion team at Amazon. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of small and medium-sized businesses on our platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the business launch of new selling partners by generating leads, evaluating their potential, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our selling partners, providing them with exceptional support, and helping them grow their business on Amazon.

In addition to account management, you will be required to incorporate feedback from our selling partners into new opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all 3rd-party selling partners. This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and evaluate the potential of new selling partners
  • Support the business launch of new selling partners
  • Build strong relationships with selling partners
  • Provide exceptional support to selling partners
