  • Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations and best practices and implement necessary changes in the organization
  • Prepare statutory and management accounts: Revenues, Employment costs, Overheads, Commissions
  • Prepare and submit Transfer Pricing and Yearly Activity Reports
  • Coordinate Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Declarations with the assistance of our external tax consultant
  • Check postings in the accounting system
  • Perform reconciliation and control
  • Oversee Month end / Half year / End year closing: Balance sheet control, provisions follow-up, costs allocation, accuracy of analytical information, load data into consolidation systems
  • Ensure quality and quantitative management and ad-hoc reporting (consolidation, forecasts)
Qualifications
  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy, etc. CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in similar roles
  • Strong computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel)
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, with excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial management tools; CPM knowledge is an asset
  • Experience with Tax Regulation/Social Security Regulation in Turkey (with assistance from an external advisor)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • No restrictions on travel domestically and abroad
