Role Description

The Account Manager's primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business for existing and new customers. The Account Manager brings a point of view to customer engagement, using all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate Atos services and portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Promote Atos globally and contribute to our business growth.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales.
  • Work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Develop effective and specific account plans for selected accounts to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Execute the plan to meet and exceed the annual sales targets.
  • Create and manage own pipeline.
  • Analyze client requirements, liaise and shape the solution in alignment with the solution team.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate the engagement with the client as well as Atos management.
  • Position and sell the Atos portfolio.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline.
  • Leverage support organizations including Marketing, Solution Team, Partners, and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory.
