Position Summary

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing effective customer partnerships.

Main Objectives

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  2. Execute customer-specific strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Ensure the delivery of Joint Customer Business Plans (JCBPs) and optimize resource allocation to achieve higher profitability in operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with a track record of growing revenue and market share.
  2. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  3. A strong understanding of multiple customers, go-to-market strategies, structure, and business practices.
