HVAC Channel Sales Leader in Ankara, Turkey

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our channel sales efforts for HVAC products in Central Anatolia and surrounding cities.

About the Role:

This key position reports directly to the Sales Director - Applied Products for the Middle East and Africa region, focusing on our indirect business.

As a Senior Channel Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for expanding our sales network through strategic partnerships with local distributors and dealers.

You will drive sales growth for our HVAC product portfolio, specifically Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs, by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.

Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will be essential in delivering results and enhancing sales quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze market information to identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Deliver high-quality service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in Turkey
• Track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders

Salary Range: ₺800,000 - ₺1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
