Job Description

Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Senior VRF Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ankara. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving direct channel sales across Central Anatolia and Black Sea Regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an emergent team focused on expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your in-depth technical knowledge of VRF systems to sell and service customers within assigned channel accounts, driving product revenue and achieving sales goals.
  • Engage in face-to-face networking with key stakeholders such as mechanical contractors, general contractors, and engineering consultants to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the local marketplace and collaborate with technical experts and sales support teams for market development activities.
  • Manage the sales process from converting inquiries into sales, following up on quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
  • Utilize strong planning, organization, and time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and reliable professional with a passion for sales and a strong technical background in VRF systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in sales, design, or field roles within VRF, DX Products in HVAC, and/or pumps.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good financial understanding.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Active B class driver's license.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Estimated Salary Range: €55,000 - €75,000 per annum
