About the Role:

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Channel Sales Engineer to join our team in Ankara, Turkey.

This key role reports directly to the Sales Director - Applied Products for the Middle East and Africa region, focusing on our indirect business. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our sales network through channel partners for the Applied Products business across Central Anatolia and surrounding cities.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams. You will drive sales and business growth for our HVAC product portfolio, specifically Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our sales network through channel partners for the Applied Products business
  • Drive sales and business growth for our HVAC product portfolio
  • Manage sales teams to meet sales targets
  • Analyze market information and propose growth action plans for the territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry in Turkey
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
