About This Role

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Sales Engineer to join our team in Ankara, Turkey. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and business expansion across Central Anatolia and surrounding cities.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our sales network through channel partners for the Applied Products business. You will leverage your expertise in HVAC products, specifically Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs, to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance relationships with our partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market information to identify opportunities and propose growth action plans for the territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to boost sales and service quality
  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, utilizing excellent planning, organization, and time management skills

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in Turkey
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners
