Field Engineer for PC Components

We're seeking a talented Field Engineer to join our team in Istanbul. As a Field Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting PC customers, retailers, and workshop networks by sharing product information and providing technical assistance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a solid understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) is also essential, as well as very good oral and written language skills in Turkish and English.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support PC customers, retailers, and workshop networks through visits, phone calls, and emails.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and sales teams.
  3. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  4. Analyze market trends and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of market actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
