Job Description
The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. You will understand client needs and provide suitable IT solutions and services. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure timely communication and support. Collaborating with internal teams (sales, technical, and project management) is crucial to ensuring successful project delivery. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue is also key to your success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development in the IT sector is essential. A strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously is also important. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite are highly valued.
