The role of an agent at TEKCE Real Estate involves serving as a professional intermediary between property sellers and buyers. Key responsibilities include guiding buyers through the property acquisition process, ensuring they find the right property at a fair price.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Advising clients on the suitability and value of properties they are considering.
  • Market Analysis: Providing market insights to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Purchase Offer Presentation: Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identifying customers' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
  • Negotiation Support: Providing guidance on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Paperwork Preparation: Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc) to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date information about the real estate market to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Sales Listing Creation: Compiling lists for real estate sales properties that include essential details such as location, features, images, etc.
  • Contract Review: Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Fair Dealing: Ensuring fair and honest dealing with all parties involved.

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Language Proficiency: In addition to excellent English, fluent in Chinese.
