The CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities management. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
About the Job:Responsibilities include working with stakeholders to implement procedures, policies, and reporting formats, as well as monitoring activities outside the building. You will also respond to client inquiries, collect work orders, and file paperwork submitted by vendors.
Your tasks will involve following instructions, resolving straightforward problems, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will provide support to Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
- Collect and manage work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
- Maintain accurate records and files, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills to calculate simple figures.
